I need to change something in my order, how do I do this?

As long as the order does not have a status of "Shipped" or "Processing," you can place an order on hold, make changes to address information, or cancel the order. Information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been shipped from our facility. Please make sure that all your information is correct before finalizing your order.

I have a question about sizing/fit. Who can I contact?

Please consult our size chart where you can also find measuring assistance to make sure you get it just right. If you have any more questions send us an email at hello@fanzeewear.com with your detailed questions. If you tell us what size and make your normal brand of leggings are, we can help you easier to find the size that is just right.

Which retailer outlets stock FanZeeWear all-purpose pants?

No-one does. We sell them only on this website.

Will I be able to order this design later on?

Unfortunately, not. Every FanZeeWear collection is part of a once-off limited edition. Once the collection is sold out, the design will never be repeated.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a “shipped” notification email with package ID and tracking details so you can track your shipment online.

Who is responsible for taxes and duties?

You are. Taxes and duties vary from country to country and state to state, we can therefore not supply information on duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office or the courier service that delivers your package for information about your specific tax jurisdiction.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order should arrive 3 to 4 business days after shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details immediately after your order was shipped so there is no need to wonder about your order – you can track it yourself.

Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or operational reasons at the courier service.

How will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped by either DHL Express or EMS Express depending on the country of destination.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club as well as PayPal.

How does PayPal work?

Just click on the PayPal icon when asked how you want to make payment when checking out your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast and hassle-free payment processing. It's fast, easy & secure.

Can I use PayPal without a PayPal account?

Absolutely yes! You DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Credit card stated below that is supported by PayPal.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to any street address.

What does shipping cost me?

Nothing – it is on us! We want you to have this beautiful unique gift to yourself as quickly and as hassle free as possible so we take care of shipping and insurance for you.

Can I return my order?

Since our leggings are manufactured in limited edition, we can accept returns on factory-damaged and incorrectly shipped items only. Any item that is returned must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be returned undamaged in its original packaging within 3 days of taking delivery. We cannot guarantee availability for making an exchange. If we cannot exchange your legally returned order, we will refund you. See our policy.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Unfortunately, not. We manufacture a limited quantity only and availability for exchange cannot be guaranteed.
