To get it to you in the shortest possible time, we ship your order by courier only.

Orders are shipped within three business days after your order has been received.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Your order should arrive 5 to 7 business days after it was shipped (destination dependent). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details immediately after your order was shipped so there is no need to wonder about your order - you can track it yourself.

Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or operational reasons at the courier service.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a “shipped” notification email with package ID and tracking details so you can track your shipment online.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been shipped from our facility. Please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

If your order is lost or damaged, we will file a claim on your behalf with the courier service. If you send us a package, you are responsible to insure the package.
