How can I pay for my purchase?

At this moment we accept payment via PayPal only.

Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can use any major credit card to transact your payment via Paypal.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE.

How will my leggings be shipped?

We ship your all-purpose wear by DHL only.

How quickly can I expect shipping to take place?

Orders are absolutely shipped the same business day as long as your order is placed before 1PM (13:00) Monday-Friday China Central Time (CST) (excluding select holidays). Orders placed after 1PM (13:00), or on the weekend and select holidays / promotional periods, will be shipped the next working day.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Your order should arrive 3 to 4 business days after shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details immediately after your order was shipped so there is no need to wonder about your order – you can track it yourself.

Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or operational reasons at the courier service.

Can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a “shipped” notification email with package ID and tracking details so you can track your shipment online.

Can I change my shipping information after I have placed an order?

Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been shipped from our facility. Please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

If your order is lost or damaged, we will file a claim on your behalf with the courier service. If you send us a package, you are responsible to insure the package.

Which countries do we ship to?
