If things do not work out, here is what we can do:

Since products of the Healthy Habit Hub (Pty) Ltd are manufactured in limited edition, we can accept returns on factory-damaged and incorrectly shipped items only. Any item that is returned must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be returned undamaged in its original packaging.

Simply email hello@fanzeewear.com within three days of receiving your order to request a return for refund or exchange. Enclose the item in an approved courier bag. Please note, if you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, The Healthy Habit Hub (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible. Please ensure that you obtain additional insurance or use a signed-for service for additional protection as the parcel will remain your responsibility until it reaches us.

The exchange of any item cannot be guaranteed since all products are manufactured in limited edition only. If a correctly returned item cannot be exchanged, due to unavailability, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.

Please note we cannot refund shipping costs or any taxes/duties incurred.

Please note we cannot accept cancellation of orders after payment has been processed. Every customer order is a final sale.

The Healthy Habit Hub (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of power sources.
